3-year-old tells his dad his favorite thing about his ride

A father and son sit in a Corvette Stingray, talking about some of the kid’s favorite features.

At three years old, the child probably can’t fully appreciate the power and performance the ‘Vette has to offer, but one thing is certain – He definitely wants to drive it when he’s older.

2014 Chevy Impala slams into multiple C7 Corvette Stingrays

2014 Chevy Impala slams into multiple C7 Corvette Stingrays

UPDATE:

Carscoops reports that an eyewitness and the person who took the pictures shared the following information about what happened:

“The individual responsible was a special needs person that had a driver’s license SOMEHOW. But he made two Laps inside the parking area and took out 2 Vettes and 2 impalas. He claimed to have had a diabetic shock. But witness says he had a very deranged look on his face and he knew what he was doing. Needless to say he walked off without any fines or charges against him AND the free t-shirt for driving the cars.”

Various blogs and forums online are reporting that a 2014 Impala slammed into two or three C7 Corvettes at the Chevy Ride and Drive event in Texas.

Corvette Blogger jokingly called it “a case of Bow-tie on Bow-tie violence.”

Apparently the driver of the Impala was test driving the vehicle and managed to lose control.

2014 Corvette Stingray Loses Roof in Serious Crash

There weren’t many details about what exactly happened with this 2014 Corvette Stingray, but the entire roof and most of rear end are gone.

If the owner wanted a convertible, he certainly went about it the wrong way.

This photo came from the Corvette Forum, and as far as we know, is now the second 2014 Stingray involved in a crash since the car hit dealership floors less than a month ago.

“This is a Corvette. It’s optimized for the Corvette market,” he said in his interview with Fox.

2014 Corvette Stingray involved in multi-car crash

Autoweek reports that a 2014 Corvette Stingray, likely from Chevy’s captive test fleet, was involved in an accident with a second-gen Lincoln Town Car in Madison Heights, Michigan.

There was no official word on what caused the accident, but judging from the photos, someone could have run a red light or possibly hydroplaned. (Feel free to share if you have a better guess.) Hopefully everyone was ok.

This isn’t the first report of a C7 crashing. Remember when this 2014 Stingray hit a rock wall in Arizona? Click here.
