Have you ever wanted to tell a vehicle owner, “Hey, your lights are on.” Or “Hey, you’re about to get towed.”

According to a story from CNET.com, a new program in San Francisco is being rolled out to help out with that. CurbTXT will allow drivers to register their license plates and phone numbers. The story say that a sticker on the car gives people an anonymous way to contact the driver through text messaging by referencing the plate number.

Users will be able to reported inappropriate messages, and abusers will be blocked CNET reports.
