A motorcycle rider sees another car pull out in front of him, so he lifts his knees to prepare for impact. The rider comes off the bike and flips into the street; however, he seemed to be ok because his quick thinking likely helped save his life.

Bruce Willis to donate 5 motorcycles for to military charity

From Bikers Cafe Blog: Bruce Willis enjoys a bike ride while on “The Late Show” with guest Sylvester Stallone and host David Letterman.

Actor Bruce Willis is donating five motorcycles for auction to benefit the Boot Campaign, an organization that supports veterans transition back to life after returning home. According to Autoweek, the bikes will be donated to Charitybuzz, with all proceeds going to the military charity.

“I am thankful to have found the Boot Campaign as the catalyst for using my bikes in a way that will give back to our country’s true heroes. These bikes have been fun to ride, and my hope is they can do a lot of good for our veterans,” the actor said on the Charitybuzz website.

Willis is donating a a 2005 Ducati Multistrada 1000DS with only 285 miles, a pair of Yamaha dirt bikes, including a XT 350 and a TW200 Trailway, a 1972 Harley-Davidson Sportster Ironhead XLH and a 1962 Cushman Eagle, Autoblog says.

Other celebrities that support the cause include Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Charlie Daniels, and Dolly Parton.

Rafal Pasierbek takes first at XDL Indy USA 2012

Rafal Pasierbek, at 26 years old, is a professional motorcycle stuntman who knows how to put on a good show. He’s been called a “gymnast on wheels,” and stunt riders from around the world travel to Poland to train with him.

Check out this video of one of his most recent rides that earned him first place at the XDL Indy USA 2012.
